MADRID<br \/>Tel\u00e9fono: 910 119 733<br \/>Correo Electr\u00f3nico: <a href=\"mailto:info@acslfm.org\">info@acslfm.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.- \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la Finalidad del uso y recopilaci\u00f3n de los datos personales?<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Es la gesti\u00f3n de las actividades culturales y deportivas promovidas por la ACS \u00a0y el env\u00edo de comunicaciones en formato digital sobre las actividades, campamentos, eventos, espect\u00e1culos, exhibiciones y noticias de la ASOCIACI\u00d3N CULTURAL Y DEPORTIVA LICEO FRANCES (ACS).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.- \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la Base Legal para el Tratamiento de los datos personales?<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La base legal para el tratamiento de los datos, es el inter\u00e9s leg\u00edtimo de la ASOCIACI\u00d3N CULTURAL Y DEPORTIVA LICEO FRANCES (ACS) y el consentimiento expreso de los padres, tutores o representantes legales de los alumnos, \u00a0al \u00a0aceptar \u00a0la pol\u00edtica de privacidad y el env\u00edo de comunicaciones mediante correo electr\u00f3nico, SMS y Redes Sociales, sobre\u00a0 las actividades, campamentos, eventos, espect\u00e1culos, exhibiciones y noticias de la \u00a0ACS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.- \u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de Datos personales tratamos?<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Todos los datos solicitados a trav\u00e9s de nuestro formulario, (informaci\u00f3n de contacto: nombre, apellidos, correo electr\u00f3nico, n\u00ba DNI, direcci\u00f3n, tel\u00e9fono de contacto, parentesco, id del alumno, nombre y tel\u00e9fono de las personas de contacto adicionales), son obligatorios y necesarios para la prestaci\u00f3n de nuestro servicio de forma \u00f3ptima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.- \u00bfA qui\u00e9n comunicamos los datos?<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La ASOCIACI\u00d3N CULTURAL Y DEPORTIVA LICEO FRANCES (ACS), te informa\u00a0 que para la prestaci\u00f3n de sus servicios, es necesaria la cesi\u00f3n del nombre y apellidos del alumno a las empresas que desarrollan las diferentes actividades.
